Resort Polynesia features apartments which are situated on the beach in Katoro close to Umag, boasting terraces or balconies and surrounded by pine trees.

The resorts gourmet offer includes a buffet restaurant serving local and international dishes, a pizzeria, a beach snack bar and several café bars.

Polynesia Apartments has an outdoor swimming pool with childrens section and guests can take part in the daytime and evening activities organised by the resort.

Within the resort, guests can find green areas, walking and cycling paths and playgrounds for children. There are also various kiosks, shops, a supermarket and a 1st-aid station.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 10:00.

Free usage of the outdoor swimming pool for adults and children (both fresh water).

Use of sun loungers by the pool is free of charge for guests of the property. Sun loungers and parasols on the beach are at an additional cost.

In ATP Sport Arena Stella Maris from 29th–31th May, a big event is going on, the Sea Star Festival powered by Exit. During those periods, we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of the Stella Maris resort, and consequently less peace and harmony than usual.

The 36th edition of ATP tournament Plava Laguna Croatia Open Umag will be held from 10th - 19th July 2026 in ATP stadium Goran Ivanišević in Stella Maris. During this period we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of Stella Maris resort and consequently less peace and harmony than usual.
